And he can still help out in Equestria, it's amazing what people can do for friends.
Weeks later:
Fluttershy walks to Angel clearly tired "he's just having a hard time thinking of a way to help Equestria" she tells the bunny.
Many months later:
"I'm sure he's close to a break through" says Fluttershy as she collapses in front of Angel.
So much later that the old writer got tired of typing and had to ask his friend for help:
Fluttershy pulls herself to Angel who taps his feet with a smug grin "I know he still isn't looking for a way to help Equestria, don't rub it in!" Fluttershy shouts.
